Varför detta händer
Both maitake and reishi have 'antiplatelet' effects, meaning they make blood cells less sticky and less likely to form clots. When used together, this effect is additive. They also both possess glucose-lowering properties, which can further reduce blood sugar levels when combined.
Vad du bör göra

Viktiga försiktighetsåtgärder
Tillbaka till innehållBleeding disorders or surgery
Both maitake and reishi may slow blood clotting and increase the risk of bleeding. You must stop taking these at least 2 weeks before any scheduled surgery. Use with caution if you are taking blood-thinning medications like warfarin or aspirin.
Diabetes
These supplements can lower blood sugar levels. If you are taking insulin or other diabetes medications, monitor your blood sugar closely as your dose may need adjustment to prevent hypoglycaemia (dangerously low blood sugar).
Auto-immune conditions (e.g., multiple sclerosis, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis)
These supplements can increase immune system activity, which may worsen the symptoms of autoimmune diseases. Avoid use if you have these conditions.
Low blood pressure (Hypotension)
These supplements may lower blood pressure. If you already have low blood pressure or take medication to control high blood pressure, they could cause your blood pressure to drop too low.
Varningar för mat och dryck

It is best to avoid or strictly limit alcohol when taking these supplements. Both Maitake and Reishi can have effects on the liver, and combining them with alcohol may increase the risk of liver strain or damage. Additionally, Reishi can have sedative effects which alcohol may intensify.

Can I take Aspirin and Furosemide together?
Taking aspirin and furosemide together can make the furosemide (water tablet) less effective at removing excess fluid from your body. Additionally, at high doses of aspirin, there is an increased risk of kidney problems and a build-up of aspirin in your blood, which can lead to side effects like ringing in the ears (tinnitus).

Läkemedelsinteraktionskontroll
Can I take Amlodipine and Ramipril together?
Taking these two medicines together can cause your blood pressure to drop lower than usual. This might make you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or faint, especially when you stand up quickly. It can also increase the risk of your kidneys not working as well as they should or cause a rise in potassium levels in your blood.
